IPTV App, Login, and Device Questions
Find out which IPTV player to use, where to enter your login details, and what affects picture quality.
Player and login
Which login details go into my IPTV player?
Match the player’s sign-in option to your activation message. Xtream Codes uses a server URL, username, and password. An M3U setup uses the supplied playlist URL.
How do I find a player for my exact device?
Check the app store on your model. TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, and iBO Player are examples to look up. Availability and login methods depend on the operating system.
What if my setup screens look different?
Use the IPTV setup guide for your device as a starting point. If you still need help, send the app name and the screen or error you see. Hide your credentials in screenshots.
Do IPTV players have their own fees?
Some players require a separate license. Check the app’s terms before installing it and keep its renewal date separate from your Lunex4KTV term.
Viewing and picture quality
Where should I check for sports or on-demand titles?
Send the sports channel, league, or program title to Lunex4KTV. Confirm availability before choosing a plan or setting up a new device.
Can I check a specific audio or subtitle language?
Provide the title and your preferred language. Audio and subtitle choices can vary by title, so check the version you want to watch.
What affects resolution on a Fire TV Stick or Smart TV?
Start with the resolution supported by the stream. Your player, screen, and connection determine which of the available settings you can use.
